Peter attended Seton Hall University School of Law from 2005 through 2008, immediately following a 13-year career as a biomedical literature search analyst at a company in New York City. After graduating RPI, one of the nation’s top engineering schools, Peter worked with defense attorneys in various products liability and pharmaceutical lawsuits and claims. During law school, Peter gained experience serving as a summer legal intern for two judges in the Superior Court of New Jersey, as well as working part-time as a litigation clerk for a prominent Essex County law firm. Following his graduation in 2008, Peter served a one-year term as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Garry J. Furnari in the Essex County Superior Court. He most recently worked as an associate for a well-respected law firm, handling a variety of litigation matters including medical malpractice, products liability, automobile negligence, personal injury, municipal defense and appellate argument. Peter brings to Fishman McIntyre Levine Samansky P.C. a strong background in all courts, and now primarily practices as a member of the New York litigation office, handling both plaintiff and defense cases for a variety of litigation matters.
