Don is a successful trial attorney with over 30 years of experience in the New Jersey courts. He has tried numerous cases to verdict and has represented both insurance carriers and self-insureds. Don is a member of the New Jersey Bar, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeal for the Third Circuit.

Don’s experience spans a broad spectrum of cases including premises liability, construction litigation, professional negligence, automobile litigation, insurance coverage, and subrogation matters. He attended Boston University and graduated from the University of Miami with an undergraduate degree in Economics. His Juris Doctor degree is from the Law School of Temple University, now known as the Temple University Beasley School of Law.

Don is proud to have served the Borough of Caldwell as Councilman for 2 years and 18 years as the Municipal Court Judge.
