Kevin J. Donnelly

Kevin Donnelly joined Fishman McIntyre Berkeley Levine Samansky P.C. in 2020 and is a partner in the firm’s New York practice. With more than 30 years of experience, Kevin handles complex New York construction and premises liability matters. He is an experienced trial attorney, with over 40 jury trials in New York State and Federal District courts as well as 10 New York State Labor Law trials. While much of his legal career has been devoted to defending New York Labor Law cases, Kevin’s practice also includes premises liability, property damage, product liability, Dram shop liability and automobile claims.
Kevin graduated from Manhattan College with BS Finance in 1982 and received his law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1986. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts in those states. Kevin is also a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.
