Mark is a partner with the firm and has extensive and diverse experience defending civil litigated matters in New Jersey state and federal court at both the trial and appellate levels. He has argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. With his strong writing and oral advocacy skills, Mark has facilitated favorable results for the firm’s clients over the years through, among other things, successful dispositive motion and/or appellate practice.
